A fashionista of uncommonly good taste, Rarity enjoys all the finest things life can give: good clothes, good food, good company, a fine place to live and work and the best of friends.
She might be a tad snooty and exacting about what she does and how she does it, which can try anyone's patience at times, and she certainly has a flair for the melodramatic, but when you're feeling down or in need of assistance, Rarity will be there to give you whatever is required to help you feel better.
She is the spirit of Generosity after all.
Rarity is a pony, specifically a unicorn. As a unicorn she has magic, though it mostly concerns her talent for gem-finding and manipulating objects, as she does not have hands.
Unicorns are not particularly strong, as earth ponies are, nor are they capable of flight, like pegasi. Instead, unicorns use the magic in their horns and their wits to go about their day-to-day activities, or when things get into a bind.
Rarity has a t-minus. Her handle is coutureConnoisseur, and her colour code is 558ABE.
AU!Week!Rarity: Is a dragon from the Flight Rising universe; specifically a breed known as "skydancer", and is of the elemental flight known as lightning, and looks like this. Her personality is pretty much the same as it is in canon, except that her appearance has given her a vanity streak a mile long, and her love of haute couture isn't as practical when you're a five-metre-long dragon [don't worry; the bar will adjust her size when she's inside] as it would be as a pony. Her familiar is a bird creature known as a zalis.
